All digital products (including but not limited to eBooks, PDFs, courses, printables, and downloadable content) are non-refundable due to the instant access nature of these materials.
You are granted one license per purchase for personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell these materials.

3. Course Access

When you purchase a course, you will receive lifetime access to the course content and any updates included under that course’s specific plan (e.g., one-time payment access). Sharing login details or distributing content to non-purchasers is strictly prohibited.

4. Physical Product Policy

We do our best to ensure quality in every item. Please review our size charts and product details before ordering. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

The item arrived damaged
You received the wrong item

To request a return or exchange, email us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

5. Shipping

Shipping times may vary depending on product type and location. Estimated processing time is 3–7 business days. SimpleJulesRN, LLC. is not responsible for delays due to postal issues, holidays, or incorrect addresses.

6. Refunds

Refunds are only provided:

For duplicate purchases (accidental double charges)
For physical items with valid return reasons (see above)

No refunds will be issued for:

Digital products
Courses
Apparel due to sizing issues (please check charts carefully)
